Streamlined Process for Busy Bloggers: How to Draft 10 Articles in Record Time
Do you have a website that needs fresh content fast? Whether you’re a busy blogger, a weekend warrior, or someone with limited time to spare, I’m going to show you how I manage to create 10 article drafts in just a couple of minutes—all within the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
Why Speed Matters for Content Creation
For many of us, time is a precious commodity. Maybe you only have weekends to work on your blog, or you simply have a backlog of topics you want to cover. Whatever the reason, discovering efficient ways to produce content can free you up to focus on other important tasks—like marketing, networking, or even just enjoying some downtime.
Step 1: Accessing the Wealthy Affiliate Platform
- Log in to Wealthy Affiliate
- Once you’re on the home screen, you’ll see various options to help you navigate the platform.
- Go to ‘Hubs’
- “Hubs” are essentially topic clusters within Wealthy Affiliate. They can help you identify content ideas and organize your articles by niche.
- Select a Niche or Topic
- Scroll through the available hubs or pick one of your own. For my example, I chose home brewing—an area I have personal experience in and enjoy writing about.
Step 2: Generating 10 Article Outlines
- Choose the Articles
- Once inside your chosen hub, Wealthy Affiliate will display a list of potential article ideas. For home brewing, I had 10 suggested titles ready to go.
- Add to Tasks
- Click on each article idea (or select them all at once using the Shift key) and add them to your “Tasks” list.
- Use Bulk Writing
- Navigate to your tasks, select all your chosen topics, and then click on Bulk Write. This will open the Article Designer.
Step 3: Setting Up Your Drafts
- Configure Article Length and Structure
- In the Article Designer, you can choose how many sections (headings) you want. For instance, aiming for four sections works well for a ~1,000-word draft.
- Pick Your Writing Method
- Wealthy Affiliate lets you choose between writing manually or having AI assist you. I went with the AI ‘Conversational Blogger’ option for speed and convenience.
- Create Articles
- Click Create Articles—and within about two minutes, I had 10 article drafts ready to polish.
Step 4: Fine-Tuning Your Articles
Even though AI-generated drafts save time, they still need a human touch. Here’s what I do next:
- Review for Accuracy
- Since I’m familiar with home brewing, I know if the AI’s tips align with real-life brewing practices. Always do a thorough read-through to verify facts.
- Add Internal and External Links
- Link to relevant content on your own website to improve SEO. Also link to reputable external sources when citing studies or sharing key references.
- Insert Images and Graphics

- Refine SEO Details
- Check your keywords, meta descriptions, and headings. This ensures each article meets best SEO practices.
- Proofread and Edit
- Make sure your writing has a consistent voice and style. AI can help you get started, but proofreading is essential for that professional polish.
